I took
an entire year to research metal
detectors specifically for finding gold.
I read every article and internet forum
I could find, including advertisements
from vendors of all types, sizes and
locations that sell detecting
equipment. In the current economy
situation and all the marketing hype of
vendors it is easy to be suspicious of
bold claims of success. But I have to
tell youthat there is no marketing hype
with your products and services!
Because of you, my entire purchase and
field training experiences have well
exceeded all expectations and goals!
Your
product knowledge and personable nature
make it easy to quickly develop a
trusting rapport. I can’t believe the
amount of valuable time you spent with
me on the phone and via email prior to
my purchase selection to insure that I
was making a knowledgeable choice for a
detector. I am absolutely sure that
other vendors would not take the time
and would just sell me any detector,
regardless if it was the best choice for
what I wanted to accomplish in
detecting.
In my
opinion, you are a very rare individual
that not only has extensive product
knowledge, but also the dedication and
capabilities to teach others. You
definitely have an abundance of patience
and persistence to put up with people
that have never held a detector, such as
myself. I can honestly say that I have
finally got it to keep the coil on the
ground and thankful that you did not
have to resort to taping rocks on it to
keep it down!
I also
really appreciated the format of the
field training. Having multiple
customers with a variety of detectors
and experience levels allowed me to see
first-hand the differences in detector
capabilities.
Even
though I was not one of the students
that found gold during the field
training, you did keep your commitment
and I definitely know my detector, how
to set it up, the proper mechanics for
detecting, differentiating the sounds of
the detector, where to look for gold,
how to hunt an area, and the proper
recovery techniques when gold is
found. I am confident that because of
your training, I now possess the
knowledge and skills to find gold with
my detector in the future.
