GERRY'S METAL DETECTORS Gerry McMullen 1501 N. 12th Street Boise, ID 83702 (208) 345-8898 Email Us |
This summer I was fortunate enough to have a very lucky Jim and his grandson Garrett with me on the July Rye Patch, NV training trip. Garrett is his name and he was so eager to learn and use his new Garrett Ace-250 metal detector. After all, what young boy out there would not love to own a metal detector with the same name as his? This young man was a real go getter while he worked his fanny off that week. Finally his hard work along with a never quit attitude paid off and the photos will tell the rest of the story. |

Young Garrett is eager to point out that “THERE MAY BE GOLD DOWN THERE”. In an area of virgin ground, when you have removed the top layer of loose dirt and the signal is still in the ground…then chances are, YES it should be gold. |

|
Garrett is working that ground over with a heavy duty pick to break up the hard packed soil. This is the tough part that separates the men from the boys. Yes Garret passed with flying colors and dirt clods. |

Garrett using a non metal nugget trowel is scooping dirt and swinging it across the coil to try and locate the target. |

All smiles as Garrett proudly shows off his 1st gold nugget find with his new Garrett Ace-250 metal detector. These are memories of a lifetime. |

Close up of that rare gold nugget. Yes, gold nuggets are very rare and hard to find. Well, they are suppose to be anyway. |

The gang that was with me on that training trip. They were from CO, NV, WA and even TN. All of them found gold on that trip. It is amazing to see how many people buy a detector from some huge mail order outfit and then never get to experience the thrills of making great finds and having success. Are you going to be another penny pincher who saves a few bucks to get the best deal? Think about it! How good of a deal are you really getting? If you are serious about purchasing a metal detector or want to get real hands on field training, then give me a call (208) 345-8898 or email me at gerrys1det@cableone.net and lets talk. See you in the field, “Where it counts”…
