Rye Patch, NV. Outing End of Sept. 2004
|
| I had an
"Open to the Public" gathering at Rye Patch, NV the end of
the month and trained a few customers at the same time. We
all found gold and some more than others. Even Florida Russ
who found the really nice arrowhead nugget earlier this year
did good. I used to call him 1 nugget Russ because he would
fly in for the week and go home with 1 nugget.. at least the
two trips before, that is what he did. Anyway, he found 3
nuggets on the trip so I'll have to give him a new name.
Mark from NV. did well and found a few as did the young
college kid from WA. The most found was by the Father/Son
team from ID who showed up with new GP-3000's. They got some
training and started off with a bang and over 12 nuggets
between them.. they must of had a hot spot because I didn't
see them hanging around the group much. Heck, if I thought I
had a hot spot, I'd do the same thing.
Florida Russ, ID Father/Son team and Mark from NV. All
getting the chance to listen to a signal as I dig it.
Different coils and machines are fun to try.

Which coil
would you like to try? The coils we tried were all
NuggetFinder coils and it included the 16" round mono solid,
17" elliptical mono, 20" round Super Lt. mono, (Fisher GB-2
with 6" coil for pinpointing), 16" round Super Lt. mono,
(Eureka Gold with 10" elliptical for #####s and grins), 24"
elliptical mono and another 16" round Super Lt. mono.

hear a nugget signal with his GP and 16" round mono.

Just another
Rye Patch nugget

Some of the gold I found while training at
Rye Patch those few days. One of them is a very nice and
collectible chevron nugget.
