More Gold Hunting at Ganes - 2005
Some folks pack pistols to Ganes but I have
been there on 4 weeks and have yet to see a
bear myself. I do not want to pack the
extra weight or worry about it getting wet
or stolen from the airlines (like what
happened to one of the guys who came up on
our trip). Most any detector at Ganes
will work but some do have advantages over
others. I sell all 5 major brands so I
know what works best for most at Ganes.

Dan H. from New York and his last day nugget.
He
almost got skunked for the trip but ended up with a
beautiful one.

A
close up of the nugget Dan H found with his Fisher
GB-2.

A
nice flat nugget that I saw laying on the side of a
hill after a rain storm.
No
detector needed for this one.

Dave E from North Carolina and his home made Pulse
Devil detector at work.
Notice his .500 calibear “Bear Killer” pistol he
packs. (in my opinion not needed for Ganes.

The
nice nugget he found with that Pulse Devil. It
really does work and I plan on testing one for him.
