If you do a rarity search of gold nuggets, you’ll find out that a 1 ounce nugget is more rare than a flawless 5 karat diamond.  I am sure Loren will remember this trip for the rest of his life and he now has something to pass down to his kids for future generations to come.  I wish everyone could find a nugget that size up at Ganes but it just will not happen that way.  At least you (if you go) have the chance to do so and will probably be there to witness and help celebrate the experience.
