1st Idaho Hunt 2011
We have really been socked in this winter with extra snow, so the high country has been hard to get into.
Last week (May 8th) the roads finally cleared of snow so we had to get out ASAP.
My 1st coin for the trip is a nice and clean 1898 Indian Head Cent.
My 2nd coin for the day was an 1899 Barber Dime.
3rd and final coin for the day was the best one. 1891 Seated Liberty Dime.
Seated Liberty coins are pretty hard to get in Idaho and I usually only find 1 or 2 each year, so this is good for a 1st time out.
My machine of choice (and I own them all) is the Minelab E-Trac with Sunray Stealth X5 coil.
Enjoy the photos.
